All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Orders placed during sales, holidays, or restocks may experience slight delays.
📍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
📦 Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Happy Haircare USA is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Then contact us — we’ll try to assist as best we can.
🧴 Product Safety in Transit
We carefully package every order using protective materials to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If anything arrives damaged, just let us know and we’ll make it right.
