At Happy Haircare USA, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we stand behind the quality of our handmade, small-batch haircare products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here's how we handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping issues.

✅ Returns, Refunds & Exchanges — 30-Day Policy

We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date, even for opened products.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Product(s) can be opened but must be at least half full

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product(s)

  • A short explanation of why you're requesting a return or exchange

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item(s).

🚨 Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include in your email:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.

If your order is marked as delivered and hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check with your neighbors or local delivery office

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. Then contact us — we’ll do our best to assist
